By accessing and using AnonEmails.com ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AnonEmails provides a platform for sending anonymous emails. We facilitate communication while protecting sender anonymity to the fullest extent legally permissible.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Threats, harassment, or intimidation of any kind
• Defamatory, abusive, or hateful content
• Content promoting illegal activity
• Spam or mass unsolicited messages
• Phishing, fraud, or scams
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Child exploitation or abuse content
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• False or misleading information intended to cause harm

4. No Delivery Guarantee

Important: While we employ industry-standard email delivery practices, we cannot guarantee that your email will reach its intended recipient. Factors beyond our control include:

• Recipient's spam filters or email security settings
• Email server blocks or blacklists
• Invalid or non-existent recipient email addresses
• Recipient's inbox being full or disabled
• Technical issues with recipient's email provider

No refunds are provided for undelivered emails. All sales are final.

5. Payment Terms

The Service charges $0.99 USD per email sent. Payment is processed securely through Square. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount due.

All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of delivery status.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and store the following information:

• Transaction records (timestamp, recipient email, payment amount, confirmation ID)
• Payment information (processed by Square, not stored by us)
• IP address and browser information for security purposes

We do NOT store the content of your messages after delivery.

7. Law Enforcement Cooperation

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and valid legal requests. This includes:

• Responding to subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants
• Providing transaction records, IP addresses, and metadata when legally required
• Reporting illegal content to appropriate authorities
• Preserving records for investigation purposes

We will provide information to the fullest extent required by law. While we protect your privacy, we prioritize legal compliance and public safety.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to refuse service and not send any message that violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws. Messages flagged for review may be held or rejected without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANONEMAILS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Undelivered or delayed emails
• Consequences arising from the content of messages sent through the Service
• Any damages resulting from use of the Service
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions taken by recipients of anonymous emails

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING IT.

10. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The content of messages you send
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Any consequences resulting from your messages
• Verifying recipient email addresses

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abusive or illegal use of the Service
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• At the request of law enforcement

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the AnonEmails website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AnonEmails and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law
